My piece "Dream of the Child Empress of Mars" is now up for auction. I made this piece for the Interfictions II auction. It is based on one of the Interfictions stories "Child-Empress of Mars" by Dora Goss. I've always really liked her writing and thought that it had an affinity to my boxes. This was a perfect chance to show that. All the proceeds from the auction go to benefit the Interstial Arts Foundation, which I'm a part of. I have another showing of my photos coming up already. It is taking place at the Robert Jeffery Salon, 3434 N. Halsted. There will be an opening Friday, November 20, 7-10pm. If you want to meet with me, be sure to come by then as I'll be there that evening. There will be wine supplied by the Kafka Wine Co. and hors d'oeurves too. I'll have some new photos up so even if you saw my work at Around the Coyote, there will be something you haven't seen yet. If you can't make it to the opening, my pictures will be up until January 1. Hope to see you there!

My photos have been accepted in this year's Around the Coyote Fall Festival. This is coming up October 16, 17 and 18. I'll be there with my artwork all weekend. Be sure to come and say "hi". I'd love to see you. More details to follow.

I've been doing a great deal of photography recently. So much so, that I felt my photographs could use their own platform.
